Due to the natural look of this product, natural wood flaws including knots, wood grain striations, bark pockets are inherent and are not considered defects. ​

Kindly note that the product images (and accessories) are for illustrative purposes only as the colour may be darker or lighter on the actual product, this can be attributed to screen colour differences on mobile phones and pc/laptop monitors, and/or differences in colour perceptions. 

Keeping the above in mind, if you are still unhappy with your order please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds on regular orders will only be given provided the items are returned in their original good condition.
